Privacy

What we collect

• Account: your email address and optional name.
• Measurements: facial proportions and labels from your scan.
• Photos: free reading photos are only used to take your measurements, and are never kept. Very large or unusual files pass through private temporary storage and are deleted right after measuring. For a paid report, one cleaned copy is kept privately for your specialist and deleted automatically within 7 days.
• Orders: what you bought and when. Card details go directly to Stripe, and we never see them.

Facial measurements are sensitive

We only process them with your explicit consent, given before your first scan, and only to produce your reading. We don't use them to identify you, and we don't sell them.

Who processes your data

• Supabase: accounts, database and private file storage.
• Stripe: payments.
• DeepSeek: AI text assistance. It receives trait labels, approved text and any question you type to the assistant. It never receives your photo, name or email. DeepSeek may process this outside your country.
• Resend: transactional email.

Your rights

From your account page, you can download all your data or permanently delete your account at any time. We keep basic order records, with your identity removed, for tax purposes.
