Face reading vs personality tests
Personality tests ask about your behaviour and have been studied extensively. Face reading looks at your features and has no comparable evidence behind it. If you want a validated assessment, choose a test. Face reading is for curiosity and reflection.
What each one is good for
A well-researched questionnaire is the better tool for anything that matters, such as career guidance. Face reading is better treated as an enjoyable prompt to think about yourself.
